1. Introduction

Welcome to Find-a-Husband.com ("Find-a-Husband", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Find-a-Husband.com platform and services.

Find-a-Husband.com is operated by Find a Husband (ABN 681 791 337), a wholly owned subsidiary of Securely Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 79 644 958 225).

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Find-a-Husband.com is designed around verified identity and safer online dating. Identity verification is an important safety measure, but it does not eliminate all risk and does not constitute an endorsement of any member.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use our services, you must:

· Be at least 18 years old.

· Provide accurate, current and complete information.

· Not be prohibited by law from using the service.

· Not be required to register as a sex offender with any government authority.

· Disclose truthfully any requested information concerning relevant criminal convictions, domestic violence orders, apprehended violence orders, restraining orders or equivalent protection orders.

· Comply with applicable laws, these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Any declarations concerning criminal history, protection orders or sex offender registration are self-declared and are not independently verified by Find-a-Husband.com. Identity verification confirms specified identity information; it is not a criminal history, offender-register or character check.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

· Provide and maintain accurate, current and complete account and profile information.

· Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

· Not permit another person to use your account or impersonate another person.

· Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, account takeover or misuse.

· Use the platform only for genuine dating and relationship purposes and not for fraud, solicitation, harassment or other unlawful conduct.

4. Bank-Verified Identity

Find-a-Husband.com uses ConnectID as its primary identity verification mechanism.

With your express consent, specified identity information is obtained through ConnectID from information held by a participating Australian financial institution. This allows us to verify specified identity attributes against information already held by a regulated institution, rather than relying solely on a user uploading an identity document or photograph.

Depending on the information you consent to share through ConnectID, verified identity attributes may include your given name, family name, date of birth, email address, residential address and phone number.

We do not receive or have access to your bank account numbers, balances, transaction history, card details, internet banking credentials or other financial information through ConnectID.

Verification confirms that specified identity information has been verified through the applicable verification process. It does not verify a member's character, intentions, relationship status, criminal history, financial position or suitability as a partner.

A verified identity therefore means that specified identity attributes have been verified; it does not mean that Find-a-Husband.com endorses, guarantees or vouches for the conduct or representations of a member.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

FIND-A-HUSBAND.COM VERIFIES SPECIFIED IDENTITY INFORMATION. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, CHECK SEX OFFENDER REGISTERS, OR GUARANTEE THE CHARACTER, INTENTIONS OR SAFETY OF ANY MEMBER.

A person may be correctly identified and still use a dating service for an improper purpose, including fraud, financial scams, grooming, harassment or other harmful conduct. Verified identity is not verified character. Please read and follow our Safety Tips and use the Safety Hub to report concerns.

5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you post and for your interactions with other members. You must not:

· Misrepresent your identity, age, relationship intentions or material profile information.

· Use the platform for scams, fraud, financial grooming, harassment, stalking, threats, abuse or other unlawful activity.

· Post or transmit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative or otherwise prohibited content.

· Attempt to obtain another member's passwords, banking credentials or other sensitive information.

· Use another person's account, share your account with another person, or circumvent platform safety controls.

· Use AI-generated, deepfake, face-swapped, impersonated or materially misleading images as profile photographs. Profile photographs must be genuine, reasonably current likenesses of the verified account holder.

· Use bots, scripts, automated agents, scraping tools, crawlers, data-harvesting techniques or unauthorised third-party applications to access, copy, monitor or interact with the platform.

· Reverse engineer, probe, circumvent or interfere with platform security, verification, access controls or technical restrictions.

You retain ownership of photos, descriptions and other content you post. By posting content, you grant Find-a-Husband.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and promote the platform. This licence ends when the content is deleted or your account is closed, except to the extent retention is reasonably required for legal, safety, evidentiary or regulatory purposes.

We may review, moderate, restrict or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Members may report content, conduct or other users through the platform's reporting mechanisms.

6. Safety, Reporting and Law Enforcement

Member safety is a core priority. We may preserve and disclose relevant account, identity, communications and activity information to an appropriate law-enforcement or government authority where we are required or authorised by law to do so, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary in connection with suspected or reported criminal conduct, fraud, scams, predatory behaviour, grooming, stalking, harassment, threats, violence or a serious threat to a person's life, health or safety.

Our Safety Hub provides a dedicated way to report conduct or content that makes you feel unsafe, uncomfortable or concerned. Reports may include predatory conduct, grooming or manipulation, financial scams, catfishing or identity misrepresentation, harassment, stalking, discrimination or vilification, and inappropriate or prohibited content.

Where appropriate and lawful, we may also preserve relevant information following a safety report so that it remains available for investigation or legal process.

Any disclosure will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and will be handled consistently with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian law.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect, use, disclose, secure, retain and delete personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.

We do not describe information as collected unless it forms part of the actual platform process. If our verification or safety processes change, we will update our Privacy Policy and, where required, obtain appropriate consent before collecting new categories of information.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

· Subscription plans, pricing, renewal terms and payment arrangements will be displayed at the time of purchase.

· Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase and cancellation will be available in accordance with the stated process.

· Refunds are subject to the terms displayed at purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

9. Member Safety and Assumption of Risk

Dating and meeting people online and in person involves inherent risks. You are responsible for deciding whether, when and how to communicate with or meet another member.

You should exercise reasonable care, protect your personal and financial information, use safe meeting practices and report suspicious or unsafe conduct.

Find-a-Husband.com's identity verification process is intended to reduce identity-related risk, but no verification process can establish a person's future conduct, intentions or suitability.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find-a-Husband.com does not guarantee that member-supplied information outside the identity attributes actually verified through the applicable verification process is accurate, complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Any contractual limitation of liability will operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability or that every feature will always be available.

We do not guarantee any particular number of active members, matches, messages, responses, dates, relationships or other outcomes from use of the platform.

You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time using the available account process.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe a member has breached these Terms or our Community Guidelines, engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or unsafe conduct, misused another person's identity, or where restriction is reasonably necessary for safety, legal or regulatory reasons.

Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice of the action taken. Personal information associated with a suspended or terminated account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including any lawful preservation requirements.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe a member has uploaded a photograph, text or other content that infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please report it through our Safety Hub or contact facilities. Please identify the content, the right you claim, and enough information for us to locate and assess the material. We may remove or restrict content while a complaint is assessed and may take action against repeat or deliberate infringers.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning the platform, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights to make a complaint to a regulator, consumer protection body, court or tribunal where those rights are available under Australian law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, safety practices or legal obligations. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform, by email or by another appropriate means. The current version and effective date will be available on our website.

15. General

· These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines form the agreement governing your use of the platform.

· If a provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate.

· We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a genuine corporate restructure, merger, acquisition or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.

· We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

· Notices may be provided through the platform or to the email address associated with your account.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Subject to any rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable law, the courts and tribunals of Queensland have jurisdiction.
